दर्द इतना है कि अब आँसू भी थक गए हैं।

— The pain is so much that even tears have grown tired.

कुछ ज़ख्म ऐसे होते हैं जो दिखते नहीं, पर हमेशा टीसते हैं।

— Some wounds are invisible, but they always ache.

हँसता हूँ ताकि कोई मेरा दर्द न पढ़ सके।

मेरे दर्द की कोई दवा नहीं, बस वक्त ही दवा है।

जिस्म पर ज़ख्म तो भर जाते हैं, रूह के ज़ख्म नहीं भरते।

दर्द दे गए वो लोग, जिन्हें अपना समझा था।
