The content you copy from InstaVibes becomes yours to use freely.

You may not: • Scrape, crawl, or automatically download content from InstaVibes in bulk • Republish InstaVibes content on competing bio/caption websites without permission • Use our content to create or train AI models • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of InstaVibes • Use InstaVibes for any illegal purpose or in violation of any regulations • Introduce malicious code, viruses, or harmful components to the platform • Impersonate InstaVibes or claim to be affiliated with us • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems Note: InstaVibes does not provide any tools that interact with Instagram's API. We do not offer follower growth, engagement automation, view generation, or profile access tools. Using third-party tools that violate Instagram's Terms of Service is prohibited by Instagram — InstaVibes takes no responsibility for any consequences users face from using other platforms.

InstaVibes owns the copyright to the website design, code, original written content, and organizational structure of the platform. This includes the way bios, captions, and usernames are categorized, tagged, and described. The individual bios and captions you copy from InstaVibes are provided for your personal use and are not copyright-protected at the sentence level — short phrases and creative lines are generally not copyrightable. You are free to copy, modify, and use them as your own Instagram bio. The Instagram fonts tool converts text to Unicode characters — these characters are part of the public Unicode standard and are freely usable. No intellectual property rights are asserted over font-converted text. You may not republish our collection pages, category structures, or written explanations on competing platforms without written permission.

InstaVibes uses the Anthropic Claude API to power our bio and username generators. Regarding AI-generated content: • AI-generated bio and username suggestions are provided as-is for your consideration • We do not guarantee the uniqueness, accuracy, or appropriateness of AI-generated suggestions • You should review AI output before using it — it may occasionally produce suggestions that don't fit your context • InstaVibes is not liable for any consequences arising from using AI-generated content on your Instagram profile • The same prohibited use rules apply to AI-generated content as to all other InstaVibes content

InstaVibes may contain links to external websites. These links are provided for convenience and information only. We do not endorse or control the content of external websites and accept no responsibility for them. InstaVibes is not affiliated with Instagram, Meta Platforms, Inc., or any other social media company. All Instagram-related terms (bio, DP, highlights, fonts) are used descriptively to indicate compatibility with Instagram's platform, not to imply any official relationship.

InstaVibes is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: • The service will be uninterrupted or error-free • Any specific bio or username will be available on Instagram when you try to use it • AI-generated content will be suitable for your specific needs • Using content from InstaVibes will result in any particular Instagram growth or engagement To the fullest extent permitted by law, InstaVibes will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
